Do you have mobile service?
Yes. Our mobile service is at no additional cost. During extreme rainy or winter weather conditions, we need access to a garage or shop to do our work.
What is your service range?
All of Lincoln and Tillamook Counties, Oregon.
What are your service hours?
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
How long will it take before I can drive my vehicle?
Drive-away time can be up to two hours after your windshield is replaced, depending on the urethane products that are
used. The certified technician can tell you when it is safe to drive your car.
Do you recalibrate windshield cameras?
Yes. This service needs to be performed in our shop; it is not a mobile service.
Do you waive deductibles?
Depending on your vehicle and insurance company, we can waive some or all of your deductible.
Will my premium go up if I use my insurance to have my windshield repaired?
Most insurance companies do not record windshield repairs. Contact your insurance company to confirm this.
Will you bill my insurance company?
Yes. We are approved by all major insurance companies. We work hard to make the insurance process as easy as possible for you.
Do you match prices?
We match the prices of our competitors who use our same-level quality O.E.M. windshields and certified technicians.
What kind of warranties are offered for auto glass replacement?
Our glass suppliers are leading O.E.M. companies...PPG, Pilkington, Carlite, Mopar, Guardian...and they offer a warranty against glass distortion.
In addition to our one-year guarantee on all materials, we guarantee our workmanship against leaks and molding retention failure for as long as you own your windshield.
